vl2.file put it in gamedata/base folder
So here it is finally I figured out how to make bot skins. Just unzip this to your gamedata/base folder and you will have Blue Halo skinned Bots on the blue team, and Red Halo skinned Bots on the red team. Very Cool!!!
make sure you remove any other custom bot skins first. they will be somthing like zNAME-BOTS.vl2
